Sportime® DuraBeep Module And Ball

Opens Audio-Guided Movement Possibilities

DuraBeep Modules are designed as self-contained units, completely enclosed in a plastic cylinder with screen-protected beeper and encapsulated circuit board. Just remove the button cap to replace the battery. You should get up to 170 hours on one replaceable 9V alkaline battery, a half-year or more of play.

The Module can be hand held, placed under objects or put in pockets. With their eyes closed, sighted players can compete with the visually impaired. Play a game of tag by trying to locate the player with the beeper. Find the beeper hidden under one of many objects. Add fun and excitement by randomly turning the beeper on and off. The possibilities are endless.

Place DuraBeep Modules In These Special Balls
The DuraBeep Module is inserted into a deflated DuraBeep Ball, approximately centered, then inflated so the flexible walls of the tunnel surround the module, locking it in place. The sound emanates from one side of the tunnel and the on/off button is accessed from the other.

The module is protected by a cushion of air that allows it to be bounced, thrown and kicked like any other ball. Battery replacement is simple, requiring only ball deflation and module removal. It has an 8" diameter and can be safely bounced and kicked.

DuraBeep Modules Fit Special Volley® Coated Foam Balls
We worked very closely with Volley of Germany to create a special series of balls just for DuraBeep. Both Volley balls, listed below, are specially fabricated from the finest 85-kg foam and drilled with a channel through the ball. One end has a larger diameter for beeper insertion and sound resonance, the other end is smaller for on/off activation.

Once inserted, DuraBeep Modules are held firmly by friction. They can be removed for infrequent battery replacement. All balls are specially coated with "Superskin" and are shipped complete with DuraBeep Module and 9V alkaline battery.
